Facility Rental

The Hearst Center offers unique and flexible spaces for your next event. Our facilities can accommodate groups from five to 150 people for meetings, private functions, or special programs. Our experienced staff will be there to assist you every step of the way; you are also welcome to visit to view our spaces in person  .Find the right space for your next event. Make the Hearst Center your next destination for your work retreat, bridal shower, birthday party, wedding, and more.

Red House Artist Studios

224 West Seerley Blvd.  Next door to the Hearst Center for the Arts.

In partnership with UNI's Department of Art, a unique opportunity comes once a year to apply for a one-year lease in our Red House Studios, funded by UNI.  Open to current UNI art students, or alumnus.
