The Hearst Center can accommodate groups from five to 150 for meetings, private functions or special programs.

Rental Fee: $15 per hour

R.J. McElroy Classroom
Capacity | 36 (seated at tables) 45 (seated on chairs) 65 (standing)
Rental Fee: $35 per hour

Rownd I & II Classroom
Capacity | 36 (seated at tables) 45 (seated on chairs) 65 (standing)
Rental Fee: $35 per hour, $50 per hour/both

Corning Patio
Capacity | 35 seated 65 standing
Rental Fee: $40 per hour $20 per hour if rented in addition to classroom

Sculpture Garden
Capacity | unlimited
Rental Fee: $350 up to four hours, $50/each additional hour

Additional Fees
Piano: $45
Room Set-Up: $30 for events fewer than 25, $45 for groups 26+
Staff member (if event takes place outside Hearst hours): $30/hour
All events w/food & non alcoholic beverages: Security deposit of $250
All events w/alcoholic beverages: Security deposit of $500
