This workshop is in conjunction with an optional Japanese inspired cooking class.
Day 3: Join Luann Alemao in her culinary hands on cooking class.  Her guest (TBA) will inform you about Japanese culture, food and more.  Class participants will learn more about healthy cooking and some of the longest living people, the Japanese.  Class size is limited.  Class will range from $35 – 40 dollars per person.  Wine tasting is available.   Register at www.laaanda.com or e-mail l.alemaoassoc@cfu.net.
