The Hearst Center can accommodate groups from five to 150 for meetings, private functions or special programs.

Times: Parties are scheduled on Saturday and Sunday afternoons between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. Themes and art activities are designed for children ages 3-12. However, lessons may be adjusted appropriately to accommodate for a teen or adult birthday party.

Supervision: At least one adult host is required to assist the Hearst Center's instructors during the party, though we suggest at least one additional adult to assist the party host throughout the event.

Food and Celebration:
The party host is in charge during the party celebration and provides the food, beverages, utensils, and paper products. Access to the kitchen and a refrigerator/freezer can be arranged. The host is responsible for cleanup. No gratuity, please.

Fee: $140 for up to 15 guests. Add $8 for each additional child for up to a total of 25 party guests. Payment is due at the time of reservation confirmation.
